Problem

Ian Hendry of EntelegenEntelegen had had their website for a number of years and over that time more and more content had been added, making it unwieldy.

Ian Hendry of Entelgen knew that it would be a huge undertaking to revamp the existing site and, as it was difficult to update anyway, decided to look for a new content-management package.

Solution

After looking at the different products available in the range, Ian decided that IRUN's WebBuildPRO Plus package would suit Entelegen’s needs.

The Plus package includes up to 100 web pages, 5 email addresses and a full set of management tools, which allows the client to update the site anytime, anywhere, with no special skills required.

All the IRUN packages are 100% internet based so there is no software to load or update. Hosting and technical support are also included.

Result

Entelegen has two parts to its business which they wanted the new website to focus on. The first was to offer basic level information to prospects of outsourced bespoke sales services and provide them with a means of contacting Entelegen for a more detailed discussion.

The second area relates to the Salesnet customer relationship management (CRM) package they provide to clients. Salesnet was recently acquired by Right Now Technologies, who took down the Salesnet site which had given users lots of useful support information. Ian therefore felt that Entelegen needed a way of supply this information itself.

Ian built a site quickly and easily which satisfies all their requirements. In addition to providing information on the services Entelegen offers, the site links directly to Salesnet, therefore enabling the sales team to track efficiently enquiries from prospects.

There is also a Salesnet Support and Assistance area which users can be directed to when they have a query and download information as required. This means that Entelegen is not continually sending out the same information to users, therefore saving time and money.

"Entelegen’s old website had become full of irrelevant content and was focussing on the wrong areas of out business. I therefore had a choice of either revamping the old site or starting again with a new package. As the old package was not particularly user-friendly and a complete revamp of the site would have been a big job, I decided to look for a new solution.

As IRUN is a client of Entelegen’s, I was aware of its web-builder packages and decided to take a closer look. I originally decided to take out a trial only and have a bit of the play with the system, but I found it so easy to use that I managed to create a new Entelegen website in only 4 hours!

As our website is the main form of promotion we use it is critical that it looks professional, conveys the right message to prospective clients and also provides relevant and useful information to our existing customers. The new website achieves this, and the fact that it links directly with the Salesnet system is proving invaluable for making sure that no enquires slip through the net.

I have not required any technical assistance which I think is testament to how easy the IRUN package is to use, even when trying to incorporate the more advanced features of the system.
